If you encounter any technical issues integrating the API, you can join our API community, this is a space our technical team closely monitors and would be happy to assist you.

  1. If it's a technical question, please share with us:

    • A code sample to reproduce the bug

    • The original input image you used

    • The output image returned by Photoroom API

    • A detailed description or visual example of the expected image you would have liked to get We will then investigate the issue and come back to you shortly.

  2. If it's a billing related question with sensitive information, please use the DM function on our community and start a chat with Photoroom.
